About SwapTesters
I'm Sabahattin Sudan, an independent developer from Turkey. I build Android apps — including Car OS, a car expense tracker — and plugins for SketchUp.
When Car OS was ready for Google Play, I ran into the 12-tester, 14-day rule like thousands of other developers. SwapTesters is the tool I wanted at that moment: a fair test swap where testing means real use, not just an install.
Until the platform opens, I write free guides about Google Play's testing rules. They're the guides I wish I'd had.
How we write our guides
- Every fact is checked against Google's own Play Console Help pages. Each guide links its sources and says when it was last checked.
- If Google doesn't say something, we say that — we don't fill the gap with guesses or forum rumours.
- Example numbers are marked as examples. We never promise production access: only Google decides that.
- SwapTesters is independent and not affiliated with Google.
